This is the worst apt I have ever lived in! The apt manager comes in without giving advanced notice, once while I was in the shower. And when asked about it they say it was an emergency, but are unable to tell you what the emergency was. Also my bike was stolen out of the garage and they are supposed to have video cameras, but it wasn't working when my bike was stolen. Further the fire alarms have gone off 4 times at 3:30 AM for NO REASON! Do not live in this apt, you'll regret it!

Why people will be willing live in Monument Ridge Estates with such high rent? Isn't mortgage rate be equal? The way some positive reviews are written - it seems that the property staffs themselves have written those.
