I have lived at Monument Ridge for about 5 months and it is a really nice apartment. We have a two bedroom/one bath and it is very spacious. There are great amenities like in-home washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave above the range. Also, we have one underground parking spot and high-speed internet/basic cable included in our rent. The internet is kind of a pain...it's not as fast as we'd like an it can crash for hours with no warning. Also, the rent is pretty pricey...our two bedroom is $1200/month. I don't care for the location much...it's kind of on the outskirts of Inver Grove Heights and there's not much around for shopping/dining out (although there is a Rainbow next door). Also, it's a long drive to Minnepolis. As for noise level, I can hear my neighbors through the walls sometimes and occasionally there are kids running down the halls yelling. The management and maintenance crew is very friendly and helpful and overall, my experience has been positive. If you work in or around Inver Grove Heights, I would recommend Monument Ridge, otherwise look elsewhere.
