I've lived here for months and the staff is so kind - they DO give notice when they will be in the apts - usually 3-4 days ahead of time. It's a good secure building and when they say luxary apartment complex, they mean it. I have to disagree with bethpeterson, as have other people who've written reviews for this apartment.
