Whatever you do, don't move in this place. The staff is rude, especially the manager. It's a normal occurrence for the fire alarm to go off in the middle of the night. It's gotten to the point where we wouldn't even go outside because the alarm is the norm. The free internet is a joke. It's suppose to be high speed but dial up goes faster. Not to mention, you're lucky if you're even able to connect. Recently there was a stretch of 6 days there wasn't any internet service. The caretakers try to do a decent job at cleaning the buildings, but there's always garbage in the stairwells or trash on the elevator door. The grills are always running out of propane, which is inconvenient if you spend a great deal of money on steaks and let them spend the day marinating only to find out you can't even grill them. Crime is high in the apartment complex. Management is always sending out reminders to keep valuables out of cars and to lock everything up. There was a theft and you could barely depict a face in the pictures of "do you know who these people are, please let us know if you do". With all the cameras they supposedly have installed, you'd think they could get a clearer picture. The real kicker that makes this place is horrible is that when it came time to re-new the lease, the apartment complex wanted to raise our rent almost $300!!! This place is a horrible place to live and I urge anyone who even thinks of living here to re-think that idea!!

This anonymous person has NO IDEA what they are talking about. This ia great place to live. I have lived here for 2.5 years. There were issues with the fire alarm in the beginning because the complex is brand new. Recently, the internet was down for a few days, but it happend over a weekend so it couldn't be fixed until Monday. That is the only time in 2 years that has ever happened. The interior of the complex is in immaculate condition. The caretaker work every evening to keep the buildings clean. The grills run out of propane because many people use them and they need to simply call the office to have them replaced. There have only been 2 instances of crime in 2.5 years. While the picture of the crime suspect was blurry, you have to remember that its printed in black and white on an inkjet printer. I have renewed my lease twice and it has not gone up more than $30 each time. The management is friendly and always handles issues in timely matter.
