I felt compelled to write a review of my own after reading some of the earlier ones posted. I have no reason to write anything except the truth, so take a moment to read this. We too lived at Monument Ridge Estates from 2005-2007. I was totally shocked to read the reviews! My husband and I were transfered into the area with no family close. The manager and his staff are one of the finest and they made us feel like we were family. I cant believe any complaint was ignored as I know personally that all are taken seriously and dealt with very promptly! We were NEVER treated rudely! The buildings are kept extremely clean and checked daily. The amenities are outstanding! The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day and was open until 10PM! The pool was very nice in the summer and the work out room and game room were there for any resident to take advantage of! As far as break ins, well unfortunately, we live in a society that things like that happen EVERYWHERE! It was dealt with professionally and promptly! As far as fire alarms going off and the internet, well that happens EVERYWHERE also! It too was dealt with and promptly corrected! Good grief, some people complain about such minor things! Im not sure where these people lived but it doesnt sound like the place I did! We would still be there if we hadnt gotten transfed back home to be with our new Grandson Wyatt! I know that Monument Ridge Estates Management is of the finest quality and will not faulter to anything less. In closing, you will love this place and the management!!!!!!!!!!!
