I liked how nice Pearlwood Estates is, but would not want to live there again. The rent is much too high for the space they give you and the office staff is not the swiftest. When we were showed an apartment they showed us an immaculate one and told us it was taken and there was one available just like it! No, it wasn't. Also, we were told there is no 6 month lease to sign and after we signed the one year lease we find out there are six month leases. Not happy with the deception. Also, I can't get them to send me a rent certificate per MN state statute 290A.19.
