Allow me to set the record straight for past and future residents of Pearlwood Estates. First off, Pearlwood is NOT a low income housing complex. If you plan on talking crap about someone or something, at least have your facts straight. They also do an extensive background check. All buildings are also controlled access entry in both the front and back. They do have 6 or 12 month leases and a few inbetween. For the fella that said he didn't know that, read your lease a little better and listen when the leasing agents are talking to you;) I think Pearlwood Estates is great! The leasing agents, care takers and maintanence have been overly considerate to a few people that are rude. They are nice and someone people should give them a break, especially after everything they do for YOU. When it comes to prices, you pay for what you get. If you want to pay cheap rent and get a "dungy" place, then Pearlwood Estates is NOT the place for you. As far as accepting UPS packages for you in the office, the staff is doing YOU a favor, maybe you should be thankful. It's amazing how you say the staff is so rude, anytime I go in there are cookies or some type of a treat that tenants bring in for them. Maybe if you took time to be nice and a decent person, you would see they are nice people. Should anyone have any questions or concerns please reply to me.

I am sure they do an extensive background check, and that's why the cops are there almost every night. I had nothing but rude, snipy encounters from the office staff, and believe me, they didn't do me any favors. It is trash, trash, trash... If you think that place is great, you must have been living in a mental hospital before this place. It's nice to see the office staff has finally caught on about this website and started rating the place themselves. How sad. Why don't you take the advice and run with it.

I lived there for 4 years and only saw cops there maybe 5 times. :-/

I think there are OBVIOUS problems when they can't keep any decent staff on hand!! If there are some good employees , they leave for greener pastures. Go figure...The person who leased to me actually said they get bonuses for the amount of people they bring in. May expain the folks let in...The managment is terrible, and follow through is even more terrible. Would never recommend it to anyone.

I'm glad I am not the only one who dislike this place so much. I will never rent from the company who own this property and will never recommend anyone to live here. NEVER!
