If the place is so bad, then how come when I went to rent a place last week they were completely FULL!!! Duh, smart ass, they probably didn't like you because they had a reason not to like you! When I went in everyone was very nice. I wish I could have rented there!

OK, first of all I don't think you can review an apartment without having been a tenant. You are obviously part of Pearlwood's staff trying to boost your rating on this website. I live in Pearlwood and the staff has been friendly and helpfull, but I must say the tenants in my building play loud music and throw parties everynight ( not to mention the constant traffic from drug dealing. ) With numerous calls to the police and staff ( for valid reasons and not excessively ) I would think that these bad tenants would be evicted. But this is not the case. It seems that Pearlwood wants to keep the money coming in, so they will take and keep whatever tenants they can get.

FYI, they are full because they began letting low income renters in...so while I paid over a thousand dollars a month, the other trash can pay based on thier income. You were lucky not to live there. Of course they are nice when you come in looking to rent. Once you sign, their true colors (------red and idiot-blue) come out. The staff is a bigger problem than a lot of the tenants. They were all born -------s and just grew bigger.

I currently live at Pearlwood, and to be honest I dont have much to say about the staff. I have been in the office a couple of times for misc. items and were treated very kindly. However, as far as other tenants goes, they are mostly rude. They will not hold the door when your arms are full of stuff, will not even say hi in the hallways...and worst if your loud, instead of being "a good or friendly neighbor" and knocking on our door and letting us know...they will just call the office or the police. Whatever happened to love thy neighbor?

Wow! I am surprise I am not the only one feeling this way, I knew this place sucks within months of living here. I can't wait to move out, horrible horrible experience.
