Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This apartment building has nice office staff, but the snow is not removed on a timely basis, often leaving you to shovel out your own car. The carpet is in poor condition, and the locks on the porch doors are barely functional. The appliances are in good condition, and the energy bills are very reasonable.
