When we first moved to Pearlwood Estates it was nice. Then we had neighbors that fought constantly and it seemed like the were going to come through the walls. The smell of pot lingered in the hall and kids would run up and down the hall late in the evening. Our appliances were outdated and worthless the glass in the stove cracked and broke shortly after we moved in and all they did was replace the door. Our dishwasher never work properly and would hiss and squeal when run. Maintence was a joke nothing was ever fixed properly and in a timely manner, we even had things stolen from us when maintence came. The Playground for the kids is a slide and one swing in a sand pit make sure to move the beer bottles before you let your kids play there. The garages leak because they were not contructed properly. Look for the cracks in the hallways the dips in the floors, the grungy hall and common area carpets. The office staff don't bother to get to know the too well the turn over is soooo high! They completly ignore you until your leases is about to expire and then they harass you. We could not afford to move otherwise we would have a lot sooner finally we made it work and got out of that hell hole. My kids are so happy that moved they keep say "let's never go to that apartment again!" Notice the review posted on 4/23/06 this for sure was posted by an employee, no resident feels this strongly about this apartment complex. It should give you a clue as to the cheery nature of the office staff as well!
