Nice place to live!!

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008
 
I have lived at Pearlwood now for almost 18 years. Ever since the complex opened. I never have had any real bad issues with anyone or anything there. Yes you will get some minor things but it is an apartment. You have to expect some noise once in a while.
I have refered several people to live there and never heard any thing bad.
The management had always cooperated with me fine also.
