We are still living here as the end of our lease can't come quick enough. We have had problems ever since we moved in. On the day we moved in, we did a pre-move in inspection, and everything that we pointed out that needed to be taken care of (little things like the closet door being off the track, torn screen in window, and both bedroom windows did not open/close properly) were never taken care of!!
A week later we get a note saying that we would evicted in 48 hours if we didn't pay our unpaid balance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Furious, we called down to the office who seemed oblivious to what was going on and after my boyfriend reiterating to them over and over again that everything was paid in full, did we get an "oh, sorry about that, the computer messed up."!
If there is one common complaint, it's the office staff. They are very rude for no reason. One day, Brandy (the rudest office member) unlocked my apartment door and just walked in without announcing herself!!!!!!!! I actually happened to be naked as I was just about to get in the shower. She then just walked right out. I quickly threw on a robe and opened my door and asked her if there was anything that I could help her with and all she said was "no, wrong apartment!".
There have been many other instances that have annoyed us greatly (everytime there has been an inspection, we tell them of things that need to be looked at and they never come back to check it out) The maintenance guys are pretty cool though.
I would never recommend this place to anyone...please avoid this place!

I've only lived here a couple of months. Even though the office staff seem a bit unfriendly when I go there, I love the fact that the times I've put in a work order to have something fixed it's taken care of immediately. The maintenance guys are great, very friendly and professional. I also don't like the loud heaters! Sounds like I have a waterfall in my house, some people might find it relaxing! HAHA. The property is a bit outdated but it's always clean and I love that. I used to have loud neighbors in my old apartment, in the summer you can still hear people being loud but nothing out of the ordinary. Walls are thick enough were I don't hear my neighbors talking like I used to!

I had a similar experience. They walked in without alerting me or knocking (luckily I was dressed at the time) During my move out inspection everything was okay yet afterwards I received a bill for "cleaning the carpet" then REPLACING said carpet. As for Brandy...I know what you mean on that point, she broke rules constantly. Ironically she dated one of my roommates...while we were tenants there (which is also against policy). In any case they invade privacy and make sure you lawyer up before move out.
