I was really looking at renting at this facility because of the outdoor/indoor pool and ammenities. After reading these reviews.....FORGET IT! When the majority of the reveiws are all bad, it has to be bad. The fact that tennants are "dealing drugs", "partying all night", "stabbings in parking lot", not thanks. When looking at the photos it seemed that the appliances and decor could be updated, but again, I was looking the ammenities. You have to have working appliances, especially when paying a premium price for an apartment. I have children, they do make noise, but the fact that the "walls are paper thin" and "kids are running the hallways" and everything else. I would not WANT to raise my children in that environment.

Any good suggestions on apartments in the area'

Southview Gables is better, but more expensive. They have an outdoor pool, pool table, and gym. You also get underground parking.

Agreed, i have friends at Southview Gables and they are much nicer but a bit more expensive
