I recently moved out of that Crap-hole, and they absolutely raped us on our security deposit. When they came in a inspected the apartment, they pretty much said everything was good, no problems that they told us about. Then we got back our security deposit refunds, which we paid $150 each totaling $450. Our refund was $1.56 each! They charged us for cleaning. Which the place was clean. We turned in our parking permits, and were charged for those, as well as pool passes that we had never heard of let alone received. They also charged us $110 for light bulbs!', ice cube trays!', and drip pans that were there when they inspected it!! Plus $95 for blinds which had one thing bent. They also said we broke a mirror door which they charged us $77.00
Not to mention only two of the ceiling lights worked.
In closing this place is a joke and they will rip you off when they leave. The dishwasher's suck, and the toilet's run constantly. The maintenance doesn't fix anything!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!
