Any time management revises their lease to make it more difficult to break a lease, then that's a sure way of saying things here aren't so great. I don't necessarily think that this apartments are the worst out there, but for the rent prices charged it's a sure rip off. First off, the dryers are useless, the appliances are way outdated and can only be replaced if they are not working (at all), It doesn't matter how long you've lived here but you can never go on a month to month basis once the lease expires, No assigned parking spaces etc On the positive side, I haven't had any problems with the Office staff and actually contrary to one review here, Brandy happens to be my favorite. She ought to be the manager and not Michelle. She is respectful and understanding. By and large this complexes are okay just not worth the prices.
