I lived here for 1 year

Baseboard heating sucks and you will be cold.

The buildings are old and the place is dirty.

Carpet had a ton of stains prior to moving in. I do not think it was even cleaned after the last tenant.

There is not a cable outlet in one of the bedrooms.

$1.00 washer and $1.00 Dryer - $75 coke machines

Refuse room in hallways - Has a chute to drop trash only the chute is always filled and the hallways smell horrible

Have mice in my apartment.
