Overall, the apartments are nice looking and well kept. The layout of the apartments are very unusual. This makes it hard to layout your furniture within the room.

We had a bad experience with the office staff during one very hot summer. Apparently our a/c unit was known to be broken when we moved in, but we were not told about it. When we contacted them to replace or fix it they told us it would be close to a month because they had them on order. We had to run our unit on high for that entire month which sent our electric bill through the roof. When we approached the staff and manager about helping pay our bill because we were not notified about the a/c upon moving in and did not get quick maintenance we had to argue with them to get barely half of the month's bill. The a/c unit tripled our bill for that month.

The parking is the probably the worst thing here at Southview. The weekdays are ok if you get home before 6 o'clock. But any time after that and definitely on the weekends you end up parking on the street. There is a definite need for more, permit or assigned parking.
