Very shady. Neighborhood is ok, not bad, but only ok. Maintenance SUCKS. Takes 2 weeks for them to get to a problem, and their solution to a heat problem is "just kick it a few times." -- I'm serious. I lived there for 6 months with the heat going full blast (from Feb to Aug), and they said to kick the heater. Well that didn't work and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Other neighbors are shady at best. BE SURE TO READ THE LEASE. They require 60 days notice no matter if your lease runs out or not - they will automatically extend it. But the kicker, they send their notice that the renewal is coming up less than 60 days, so you're screwed if you forget about it. Parking lot not very secure - neither is the "secure" underground lot.

Do not move here. Much better places in, say, Woodbury (I'm paying same price in a great neighborhood for a townhouse).
