I have lived at Southview Gables for the past eight years in 2 seperate buildings. I find that the 4920 building in which I live is the best kept perhaps due to the long term residents who reside there. Although there are a few current residents that make it unpleasant at times, I find the grounds and cleaning of the building to be very good and the spaciousness of the apartments nice. As wih any living area where one rents a person needs to comunicate with each other as neighbors and also the management. Even though several internal changes have been made and also new owners, the staff has always treated me with respect and done a fine job. The apartments have all the thngs you need from washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and it is very spacious!! The only concern I have is that of the residents with animals, they are the individuals that need to be responsible for caring and picking up after them as well as their own children, that is not the responsibility of southview Gables employee?s. Many changes have gone on and it?s nice to see the improvements of the carpets replaced and entrances cleared of excess shrubs etc. In closing, the staff has always been pleasant from their management to caretaking team, it makes a person feel good to be greated with a hello and a smile every day when returning home from a long hard day! I find it a pleasure to live at Southview Gables and would not want to live any where else. They keep you updated and let you know what is going on in our little community.
