Sure, these apartments - like all of them - have SOME problems. Overall though, they are very nice. Here is a list of pros and cons that I can make after living in this property for two years:
Cons: I had some rims stolen off of my car in the garage, and no one checked the cameras to see if anything was recorded. I have had a few maintenance problems (heater needed to be fixed once, a/c needed to be cleaned to work once, some water leakage on bathroom ceiling which was fixed). Maintenance always took care of these minor problems in a very timely manner.
Pros: There is a washer/dryer in each unit, which is very convenient. This place accepts cats and dogs. The property and grounds are kept clean and neat. The pool is always clean and all of the hot tubs and saunas are well-kept. The apartments are larger, and much safer than any in the area.

Overall, I'd say that these apartments are the nicest that you will find within a 30 mile radius of this area. They are well-kept and the management is very nice. The screening process to get in is thorough - so you know the other tenants are safe. There is some minor crime occasionally, but it is because people outside of the community come here looking for stuff since this is a more upscale community. There are beautiful golf course views behind the property, and the buildings stand alone from any other neighborhood - so there is lots of privacy. In the two years I've been here, I've never heard any noise through the walls or doors - they are reasonably sound proof. I've seen and lived in other apartment communities in this area and trust me, these are the best you'll find!
