I have lived in Southview Gables for a little over 6 months and have not had a single problem with this community or it's residents. The bulidings are SOLID.. I have never heard any noise from the neighboring units, even on the weekends when its somewhat expected. Ive never heard as much as a footstep above me. Also, we and my roomate share a 2bd 2bath split, and its even hard to hear them from across the apartment. Its great! The place is HUGE for the money, has very unconventional floorplans,has a pool, a hot tub, sauna, a little gym, and has just recently been renovated with all new carpets and tiling. Sure, having to cooperate with the renovation schedules were al little annoying, but it was definatley worth the wait. The place looks goregous, impressing my guests when they arrive.
I have had no bug problems, no water leaks, no well... anything. This is by FAR my most favorite apartment community I have yet to live in. The grounds are always taken care of, and the pool (during the summer) was clean and ready for a cool swim. I read the other reviews by other tennants, and while I sympathize with them, their problems are all very common apartment issues. If you'd like a nice, clean, and very spacious apartment check this place out. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

You're the type of person that thinks everyone is out to get them and probably thinks every single positive comment is from the staff. You sure are smart! Have you ever considered that this person was just an articulate, rational, and mature person?
