DO NOT fall for any of the positive reports about this place. Right after we signed our lease here a year ago, the leasing manager commented, "yeah, we need to go out to that web site and add in some more positive reviews because our ratings are slipping again." What I should have done, is tore up the lease in front of her face after the comment, but I was foolish and didn't back out.

For 11 months I regretted every single day living here. The office staff, including property manager Linda, is incompetent, rude and treat tenants like they are a bother to there day.

When you pay nearly $1,000 per month for something, most people would expect to have exceptional service. Not this place. The driveways and outside areas are dark and unsafe. Maintenance is a joke. Dog crap everywhere. Filled with section 8.

Why would you put people that pay $1000 per month for rent right next to someone that pays $500 per month' All you are asking for is problems. We finally complained so much that they had little choice but to let us out of our lease a month early to just shut us up.

If you sign a lease here, I promise you that you will regret it.
