Bad Bad Bad - Don't sign a lease here!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Can't believe anything the office staff tells you.
They get you in, and then stiff you on service, old appliances and old carpet, dirty halls, and then raise your rent sky high!
When you move out you have to pay to have the walls in your apt painted - high move out costs.
They are out to make a wind fall off of you!
