High buck for nothing special, and I mean nothing special. Old building, poorly insulated, ruthless management (rape you on anything they can think of to charge you), no security (keys are lost, people walk into you apt), lots of noise (other tenants, freeway and car dealer), no hot water, short on taking care of public areas: heat, cooling, dirty, dirty, dirty. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
