STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
PROBLEMS: NO HOT WATER, NO WATER PRESSURE, DIRTY PUBLIC AREAS, NO AIRCONDITIONING IN HALLS, OLD COSTLY APPLIANCES DON'T WORK, NOISEY, DRUGS, DUPLICATE KEYS - STRANGE MEN WALK IN YOUR APARTMENT (OFFICE HAS NO EXCUSE), GARAGE BREAKINS, POOL OFTEN CONTAMINATED, CAR COLD-WASH IN DRIVE PATH OF CARS.
TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET.
LOOK IN EAGAN FOR WAY BETTER AND WAY LESS.
