O.k while reading some of the reviews some things have changed for the better others for the worst. They have built a dog park and it is a decient size. They are building a new club house which looks beautiful but expect a large rent increase to pay for it. Alot of renovations have been done on the buildings and they look nice inside. Now for the bad stuff. Cars are constsntly being broke into, the management is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I cannot stress that enough. Everyone gets letters about 2x per week stating that they will be shutting the water off or you cannot park in the garage on this day or the alarms will be going off in the morning, more cars broken into, changing the code on the garage door AGAIN!!! If it is not one thing it is another. Our gym and jacuzzi area were covered in mold and are now closed and they say it will be indefiently. in the nice weather you cannot sleep with your windows open because of loud people partying and screaming and smoking outside almost every night. Bottom line is DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even with all the things they do to TRY and improve it, it still is not worth the headaches. THE MANAGMENT IS TERRIBLE THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
