Overpriced for what it has to offer

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The good things first: the place is livable, things are in ok condition, the staff in the office is friendly, they just built a new office/rec room/party room/workout facility in early 2007, convenient to stores and the highway
Now, the bad things: the track record for this place isn't good, it is apparently under new management within the last 5 years but the change seems to have been from a terrible owner to a cheap owner, the old workout facilities were in terrible shape and caused illness due to unsanitary conditions, the grounds are average, through the wall neighbor noise is no more than expected but the doors appear to be made out of balsa wood because you can hear every conversation and what everyone is watcing on TV when you walk down the hall, maintenance is slow, lazy, and tends to not finish the job or leaves you with cleanup, the pain job leaves something to be desired (uneven tone, splatters/bush strokes on doors/cupboards, etc.). In general, this place is average and, as such, is overpriced. Unless the management chooses to improve maintenance, invest in the complex, and promote proper care and quality in all aspects of the place, it's not worth living at.
