This place is terrible! The management changes people every few months, and they act friendly at first and then become stuck up. They always have attitude problems. They just started billing everyone for trash pick up as well. People have dogs and cats in every building even tho they claim there is only one building that allows dogs, you can smell cigarette smoke in every hall way when the ENTIRE building is smoke free. If there is something wrong with any of your 1980s appliances they wont fix them or upgrade them. Our dishwasher has been broken for months now and we call and complain every week and nothing ever gets fixed, the maintenance people just come look at it and say its working fine and replace the drain. And now there are families living here that have more than 8 people in one apartment, many times the kids of the familys hang out and play on the elevator all day or run shopping carts around the halls,

and have fun moving in! nothing fits in the elevator or up the stairs. And if your going to the thrid floor you will NEVER get you big couch up there.

and dont let them screw you over with high price of rent! we paid $830 a month for 2 bed 2 baths

Glad to be out of there! Most things said are true. Management is poor and the place keeps fixing rather than replacing broken things. The owners of this place are bad people. Don't help bad people get richer . . . anywhere. They have at least 30 vacant apartments here, so don't pay full price. Deduct 15% from their stated price and if they don't accept, walk away. They are not worth any more.

Same problems. Water leaking from ceiling-- nothing being done to take care of it until the ceiling falls in. I agree that cigarette smoke and smell of dog urine is very noticeable in the building. 1980s appliances. Insect infestation. 830/month for 2 bed, 2 bath? We pay that much for one bed, one bath...
