If you want to get the most for your money, this is NOT the place to live. I've looked at the average rent statistics on this site, and I don't know if ANYONE who is paying $838/month for 2 bedrooms and 2 baths here. This is the reported average rent, which means there are folks paying less than that, and that just isn't possible. We didn't have one of the more luxurious apartments, and our rent was $939/month (before you add on the dog rent and the storage space rent). Management does not consistently enforce policy and acts arbitrarily. Turnover in management is awful. Anyone who rates this place with more than one star for safety is out of their mind - there is no lighting in the parking lots and minimal lighting along walkways. The buildings are supposedly secure, but many times the side entry doors are propped open or even unlocked - and if you call maintenance about that problem, they never come in time to see how the door has been unlocked (which in theory should not be possible). There are closed-circuit cameras throughout, but there are plenty of blind spots in the buildings. The window unit AC units are old and dying. Our stove crapped out on us 3 times in the time we lived there - it took them 6 months to fix it the first time. They won't notify you if you have a package delivered to the office. Parking is a joke.

thanks for letting me know.. I love how they have all new crome appliances in the club house but when they show the "one" pic of the kitchen its all extra ghetto.... Lol.. The website is a joke to me..

I agree this place is awful!! The security is horrible, someone tried breaking into my apt and the landlords didn't do anything about it. And as far as other safety issues they have lights right outside the parking lot so you its blinding and you can't see if cars are comming or not.
