Where do I begin'' I do not have one good thing to say about southview gables!! They rape you in rent..I'm renting a 2bed 2bath and I'm charged 1018/mo when other people are paying around 800 for the same thing. Also the landlords are very very rude and will not help you with anything. When I moved in I had stains on my carpet and it took them over 4 months to finally come and clean them up. Also they have white carpet through out the entire apartment even the entry way..white carpet in an entry way in Minnesota which is a pain in the ass to keep clean. Along with the other maitnence problems our apartment is freezing cold! It is as cold in the apartment as it is outside and they will not come and fix it. Also they started a parking program which is not needed! If you loose your parking permit you have to pay $50 to get a new one. So I can't even park in my own parking lot. So, do yourself and your wallet a favor and run away!

1. Did you not notice that you had carpeting in your entry way when you first toured the apartment? 2. Parking permit: I love it. People who have multiple guests or are having parties were taking up all the spaces in the resident parking lot-- so if you have two cars, and one has to be parked in the lot, there would be no room left to park. How would you lose your own parking permit if it is stuck to your back window?!
