I am so against anyone moving there I created a website to tell you the true story of southview gables. Please Take my rating to heart before you even think about moving there.

Way to go! You gave it a good name too, search-engine-optimized. Hope lots of apt searchers find your site, along with this one. After the bad experience of living there, I made sure I checked out my current apt before signing the lease. By the way, SVG is managed by Dominium, so you may want to avoid other properties of theirs too.
