the most important thing you should know before you move in is that if you are under 30 years old you will be treated like a child. the way the set up is, you move into a four bedroom apartment and they set you up with roommates. you don't get to meet them before you move in. you never know who you'll end up with. you each have a separate lease and if your roommates leave and you are the only one left in the apartment, the owner (who can be very condescending and rude) will make you move to a different apartment with new people, to save money on utilities.

the carpeting hasn't been replaced since the place was built sometime in the 70s. also all of the appliances are old and need replacement. the walls are never repaired or repainted. there is a huge mold problem as well. if one of your appliances stops working (e.g. air conditioner) they will just bring in another old crappy one from a vacant apartment instead of replacing it. the maintenance guy is weird and will just walk into your apartment whenever.

there is a very strict policy on drinking if you are under 21. they will make you sign a form saying that they can come in at any time with or without drug dogs to check and see if you have any alcohol/drugs. if they do, you will be evicted.

there is just one laundry room on the first floor with 3 half size washers and two dryers. the third dryer hasn't worked for as long as i can remember, which was sometime last year, despite many complaints that it is broken.

it's just crap...living here is a joke and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone! don't be fooled by the model apartment they show you. it is actually renovated with new carpet and appliances unlike all of the ones people actually live in. it's already furnished with broken, mismatched couches and dining room table sets with mismatching chairs. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
