The guy who runs these is a fat bum, he is out for himself and puts the tennants last. Nothing gets fixed, in most areas the Hills apts are substandard for living with ZERO maintainence. He has been sued many times because of lack of respect for people and their belongings, I know of 2 other former tennants sueing him as I post this, it's most certain he will lose both cases. Please talk to the people who lived,live here and get good info before renting here.
