The plowing is terrible to non-existent. Pet feces everywhere. Maintenance is poor. The place is noisy and dirty. The 1 car garages are so small you cannot even open you car door. Staff enters you apartment many times a year, sometimes with no notice. The rent is high and increases every time you sign a lease.
