This used to be a great place to live but it's obvious that has changed. Snow removal' What is that' There is none here, except for the poor guy who plows the sidewalks. Don't know how he makes it through the parking lot sometimes. The office staff is not only rude and discourteous but also lie and are incompetent. They cannot be trusted to tell you the truth, and you will here different stories depending upon who you talk to. I also, like one of the other writers have received nasty letters telling me to pay my rent, when in fact they had it all along. I do believe the grounds are kept up pretty well but that's where it ends. There is no value placed on current residents at all, and it seems they can't be checking the new residents out at all. I speak to my neighbors regularly and they all agree. It's obvious, very obvious that the good reviews I read on this site are from staff or caretakers...

I am a resident here at Southfork too and I do like it here. I wonder why you stay for 4 years if you dont like it here?
