I live in a 2 bedroom one level home here. I have no common walls with any of my neighbors. I never have to worry about who they are or how loud they talk. I didn't find any other apts out there that were like this one. It's unique because it's like my own house.

And contrary to what some of the other reviews say, I like my home and haven't found anything that would be a huge concern. We have gotten to know the maintenance, office staff, and caretakers on the property. They have all been polite and good to us. We have been residents for 2 years.
