our lease just came up for renewal and, as we did get what I thought was a small increase, I notice all the great things they are doing for us here. They just resided the building I live in, the lawn people were here and cleaned up after the winter sand, they are redoing the pool, and the office just told me that they are putting new picnic tables in ...a small price to pay for a great place to live! I havnt needed maintenance for anything, but everytime I am outside with my dog, the maintenaced stops by to pet her. I am sure I will be very happy here for another year. To anyone who may want to live here, dont take my word for it, just drive through the property. You would be proud to live here.
