On the outside, this looks like a pleasant place to live - appearances are deceiving...

Since I've move in a year ago, I've had to complain to the staff several times about the "gang" that lives across from me, who not only vandalize the automobiles, mine included, but also terrorize the younger kids in the neighborhood by throwing rocks, tripping, pushing, and worse yet, on their motorized minibike, which, as far as I know, is illegal...

I have yet to have any repairs done to my house, including the mysterious leak above my garage that now has started to turn into mold.

I am constantly subjected to gangster rap - not hip hop music - I mean, "shoot'em" "Hos" and "n*ggah's" all day long from not only the gang across from me, but the suspected drug dealers who live two doors down from me...complaints to management doesn't seem to do anything. I can't open my windows or let my kids play outside anymore..I literally have to load them up and take them to the public park down the road...

I can't take my kids to the pool, again, because of the gangs, and various unsupervised children.

Complaints to the office only seem to make things worse - law enforcement is only a temporary solution...once their gone and forgotten, it's business as usual...

Terrible, terrible place to live - we will not be renewing our lease at any price.

As part of the office staff here at Southfork, This type of comment is not normally heard of. To the resident who wrote this please come into the office and these issues will be addressed immediately. We would like all of our residents here to feel like this is there home, not just a rented space to live.
