Reading the positive reviews on this site is worth a laugh...
My chief complaints about this place is the lack of snow removal, this year we actually bought our own snow shovel and salt. I'm also troubled by the lack of respect the residence show the property, and the lack of care the management seems to have - for example, I've been looking at the same trash sitting in the parking lot and my yard clearly visible from my front window now for three weeks now, and despite the fact that one of the groundspeople lives in the same building as I do, he's too lazy to hang up his cell phone and get off the lawnmower to pick it up...My children and I used to pick it up, but for as much as I pay to live here, it seems that I shouldn't have to do this...
It's no surprise the the Lakeville school district re-drew the lines so that the children who used to attend the wonderful and involved Eastview Elementary are now attending the less capable Christina Huddleson Elementary.
My neighbor spent last summer without air conditioning - after numorous complaints to the office and several visits from our illustrious maintenance dept, nothing was fixed, until the office finally relented and actually hired a real A/C repairman....but that was in September.
I left another townhouse community to live here...initially this looked like a nice community, but once you get settled, reality will pay you an unexpected visit.

I really don't think the Lakeville School district re-drew there lines because of Southfork!
