Southfork Village
< | >
We have lived in military housing that was better than Southfork. We are happy with the office staff, as they are as helpful as can be. Our issues are with the lack of respect of the neighbors. Since there is no credit check it seems as if the lowest of the low move in here. We did not know that when we moved in from out of state.
We have child and one on the way and cannot wait to move when our lease is up. It is worth paying $300 more to live somewhere that we feel comfortable as a family. I wont even walk around the neighborhood with my child. We have constant noise complaints, and we are obviously the only ones who clean up after our dog.
There is also a lack of storage space. Garages are quite small, nothing else fits except a fridge, some shelves and our SUV.
Would not recommend to anyone.

I want to comment and let everyone know that everyone who does apply goes through a credit check, and a background check. A lot of applicants say that we have very strict guidelines. We do follow up with all noise complaints and do have guidelines as far as picking up after pets as well. If there are any futher concerns or complaints I would hope that they would be addressed with the office. Southfork Leasing Agent |
