It's unbelieveable that somehow, just when you think it can't get any worse around here, it does.
I rejoiced when the most disrespectful neighbors moved out this month, only to find ever worse neighbors had just moved into another building, already harassing the smaller kids at the bus stop in the mornings. These same disrespectful kids will cross the road without looking, and then blame you for not watching where you're going.

I moved out of the city to get away from hoodlums like this - it's very discouraging to find them now moving into my community.

Whether you like it or not this Community is theirs too. Are you the only one who is paying the rent here? Just because you pay rent here doesn't give you ownership to the whole Community. When you have your OWN house on your OWN private land is when you have the right to claim it your own.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly what I am trying to warn you about...disrespect. So, just because you don't OWN the place where you live, don't expect to be shown the common decency afforded to those in other rental communities.

I too use to live there, and had wished I never did. On two seperate occassions, children vandalized my vehicle. And on three occassions, management lost my rent and blamed me for it. But when they found them in their possession, they NEVER apologized for the rude treatment or threats they gave me. Avoid this community, and others run by their management company.

ill be moving out at the end of the month, thank god. if you get the 1 bedroom apartment i hope you don't mind your entire apartment shaking everytime one of the FOUR garage you're on top of opens or closes.
