When we moved here from out of state, we were not sure where in MN we wanted to settle. Lakeville is definitely the place to be if you have a family. Since we are still saving to buy our own home here, we are happy renting at Southfork. Lots of kids, young families, thoughtful and friendly staff, gorgeous surroundings, and reasonable rates.
The only drawback is the same here as every where else in the world, disrespectful neighbors. But that comes with living near other people. I suppose I could go live in a cave if I didn't want to hear loud music occassionally or see a neighbor leaving their pet waste in our front yard.
The good absolutely outweighs the bad at Southfork. It's a great place to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
