I had given my notice to move because they were going to increase my rent here, but after I had looked at my other options and compared price vs what you get, I have a great deal here even with my rent increase. I have a private attached garage and like to do work in there, so I cant have the big garage. They have activities here, so when my kids are here, they have stuff to do and friends here.
