I moved in coming out of my home of 7 years after a divorce, and didn't have high hopes, but the price was right. I now totally understand why I got $300 of my rent for a year lease. This place is awful. Kids everywhere, 3/4 of which either can't or won't speak English. I haven't had any damage to my personal property, but I learned really fast to keep the car in the garage and keep to myself. I won't let my kids play outside without me around...and they are teenagers.

When I first moved in, I learned real fast to only let them send a certain maintenance person to fix things. The rest seems like they work for a month and then leave, and they are idiots. Many times I found paper that said they had fixed something, and they had never even touched it. I wonder what they did for an hour in my apartment while they were supposed to be 'fixing' something.

The best part of my whole experience was having to explain to my kids 'what that weird smell was' coming over the wall of my garage from the pot party in the next garage over...ALL THE TIME!

Interesting to hear that someone else is also wondering what the maintenance people are actually doing when they come to 'fix' something. I've lived here several years but it seems to get worse each year, nothing is EVER fixed the first time and it usually takes several calls to even get someone over here. Time to leave I guess, between the steep rent hikes each year, people pleasuring themselves in the parking lot and drug dealers outside my door in broad daylight I've had enough.
