The parking is good...if they don't tow your vehicle that is. Plenty of space but they don't like to let a car sit in the PARKING lot for more then 2 days when it has been snowing, so don't go on vacation or have some kind of family emergency because when you come home your car could be gone. just a warning. Noise level is fine. Grounds are well kept, plowing takes forever though so be ready to shovel yourself out. Safety is good. I am pleased with that, I feel safe. However, There have been kids on 2 different occasions that have just walked right into our home through our front door and our garage thinking its a friends house. Do parents around here not watch there kids' Construction fine. Maintenence does come out in a decent amount of time but they usually have to come out atleast twice to get one thing fixed. Staff is needless to say crap. They reel you in and then treat you like crap if you have any kind of difficulty. They treat you like they are so much better and its obvious they could give a s**t less about anything else but money. Overall is eh ok. Expensive for what your really getting. Go to an apartment at least you could get some utilities paid for.
OH and make sure if you have a dog or are planning on getting a dog to tell them so because if not they will put you in the non dog building and not notify you. So your family pet buying will have to wait a year because there are no exceptions and you are stuck in that unit for your lease NO EXCEPTIONS

I understand where you are coming from. This place absolutely sucks. Weren't told about not being able to have a puppy under a year old and then got reported by the psycho neighbors for having the puppy and had to get rid of her. I think they should concern themselves more of who is moving in here rather than dogs or cats. We have two known felons living right next to us and I think they're doing illegal drugs amongst other psychotic sh.. We are out of here very soon and cannot wait. Good luck with your rest of the time here.

Well I don't know if I agree. I have 2 small dogs and I like it here. I have lived here for 7 months now, and haven't had any problems (except for my nieghbor hitting my car when pulling into their spot), but that could happen anywhere. I did a TON of research on townhomes like these, and everywhere else it is WAY more expensive, for more dingy places. That is weird that there are felons living next door to one of you, but I keep my doors always locked anyways.
All considered, I like this place, my last apartment was super expensive, and I didn't get the garage and private entrance. Southfork is way better than many of its competitors.

Completely agree on the attitude of the staff. They treated us like we were scum -- after we signed the lease, of course.
