Simple and Quiet

I have lived here since fall of 2007, and so far it has met all my needs. The ammenities are simple and clean, and the staff is helpful. The grounds seem to be well kept, and maintenence is fairly quick. The rules are well posted and easy to follow, and the neighbors are quiet and nice. I would recommend this area to someone looking for a nice place with a good location.
