My family and I lived here in 2000 and it was pretty good. We recently moved back in, and this place has changed. My son was assaulted by some ganster wannabe kid at the bus stop, the management is useless. Kids roam the streets like wild dogs, their parents are never around.The maint. is worthless, my furnace is a relic from the past, my water heater has holes on the top of it, etc. The only thing the office cares about is getting the rent. snow removel sucks.

The apts. are nice, the grounds are nice. Most of the residents are okay, they need to do a better job of weeding out the trash.We thought Bloomington was bad. you can do better than this place!!! ***By the way, a lot of tenants are writing good reviews of this place because southfork has a deal going on if you write a good review, they will enroll you for a chance to win a 32 inch tv! Pretty sad*****

"Move out then"-I would if I didn't sign a stupid lease! I agree with the author of the post! This place sucks...A LOT!!! The management is unprofessional and couldn't find their way out of a paper bag! I also agree, the only reason there are "good reviews" on the website is b/c of their sad attempt to get a good response by offering a 32inch tv! By the way, "anonymous" if you read my post and want to offer to pay the fee to break my lease...write so on here and I would GLADLY move out and sing songs of joy while running away!!!
