Southfork is not the greatest of communities. It certainly needs some upkeeping and the management office and leasing consultants certainly tell you what you want to hear, but it is a place to live and a safe place for children to be. Anyone that is renting knows that it is a temporary thing and eventually you will move on and into better things. I have lived here for a short while now and I have had my fair share of issues, but at the same time I also sleep at night knowing that this is temporary! All in all Southfork is not the greatest but it is not the best either. I suggest when or if you meet with an agent you ask detailed questions. If they think about it to hard or if the say "ummmm" then you know that they are about to pull something out of their behinds. That is what they(actually her)(Erin) did not us. If you have questions try asking a fellow renter!
