When I first moved into Southfork Village I was excited. My first real home and it was all mine. The problems began about 3 weeks after living there. I would explain all of them but I still live here and they would know who I am. Lets just say --- does not do her job at all. She is lazy as heck and says the same thing EVERY time...."I will take care of it." Yeah right! I have approached them at least 5 times and they still can not fix the problems I am having. They do not follow through with residents requests. They act apologetic then lie about the results. For your well being stay away from this hell hole. It is not worth the headaches.

I am --- the manager of Southfork. I am sorry that you feel that I have not done my job in some way. I want to assure you that I try in every way to do the best I can. If there is a problem you have had that has not been resolved, please contact me (or if you are more comfortable talking with someone else in the office that is fine too). We are here for you and want to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Please give us another chance to fix what is wrong. I truly mean well.
