I Love it here!!! We moved to southfork a few months ago. I love it . The property is very well maintained. The office staff is very helpful. Crista seems to follow up with any conserns Ive had. Shes makes sure that things are taken care of. Its very close to stores and schools, and is a safe

Anonymous Look nothing is perfect, and I believe you get what you pay for. I myself go by the catch more --- with honey. I talk with Megan and Erin and worked well with them. I believe strongly that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but at least have the -alls to use your name.

place sucks, there are alot of stuck up stingy people that get in everybodys business, they need to mind there own. also there breed restrictions suck u can only have ankle bitters there anything else and its out of the question even family friendly dogs arent allowed by this place.

All around great place! I've lived here for 3 years now and just can't find a better place (or price) in Lakeville!
There's plenty of room, and having 2 levels makes it feel more like a home. Maybe a tad short on the storage/closet space, but we make do.

985a I really enjoy the lay out of my apartment. The square footage is less than my last apartment but I still have the same size rooms. Lost space was in the laundry room and hallways. The staff is very friendly and the office is open for assistance everyday.

Great Location Great Location near I35, and close to all the things you need(Groceries, etc.). Southfork is nice, quiet, and the staff are always helpful and keep good hours. All this for an affordable rent close to the Twin Cities. Nice well kept park areas and friendly neighbors.
